To keep your orangery in the best condition possible, we advise that you clean it at least every 2-3 months to prevent any fungal build-up. This will also give you the chance to check for any damage or coating wear. Homeowners only need to use hot soapy water to remove any contaminants. After washing, it is good to rinse them thoroughly with clean water to remove any residue and wipe them dry with a clean cloth.
In cases of stubborn dirt, a stronger non-abrasive cleaner such as a bathroom cleaner can be used to remove this. Remember to rinse this thoroughly however with clean water to remove all residue and wipe dry.
If you notice any signs of fungal growth on your build, apply a solution of one-part household bleach to two parts water. This can be left on for approximately 20 minutes to work, then rinsed off with clean water to remove all residue and wiped dry.
